Too often money invested in training programs does not yield a return because training was NOT the RIGHT solution or the training provided was NOT the RIGHT training. myNeedsAssessments guides your team through the needs assessment process to recommend interventions, not necessarily training, that optimize organizational bottom-line outcomes.

When will it be ready?

We're currently working on the development of myNeedsAssessments, with an anticipated release date of fall 2008.

How does it work?

The power of myNeedsAssessments is its ability to gather information across the organisation. This provides supervisors and managers with the ability to quickly identify compliance gaps and schedule required training. A sophisticated yet easy to use reporting system allows any number of departments and divisions to generate consolidated reports on their assigned personnel highlighting training, expired compliances and revisions to procedures.

How much will it cost?

myNeedsAssessments is a monthly subscription service, and you can upgrade/downgrade or cancel your plan at anytime. There are no set-up or cancellation fees. If myNeedsAssessments is not for your company, simply don't convert your account after the trial period (it will automatically be disabled) or cancel your account during your trial.
