Mojo Help Desk Support in all myCATs products
August 5, 2008 - (Winnipeg, Canada). The Mojo Helpdesk system has recently been adopted for use in all myCATs products. Mojo Helpdesk is a simple ticket tracking service that allows organizations to track customer requests and get satisfaction ratings. Help desk requests can be sent via email and go to a centralized help desk for faster customer response.
myMaps K12 to be released August 18, 2008
July 27, 2008 - (Winnipeg, Canada). myMapsK12, the latest version of the myMaps curriculum mapping application, is set to be released on August 18, 2008. Latest myMaps customer - University of Toronto
March 27, 2008 - (Toronto, Canada). We are pleased to welcome the department of Human Biology as the latest myMaps customer. The programs in Human Biology are run by an entity called the Human Biology Program, in the Faculty of Arts of Science, University of Toronto. This was established in January, 1999 to take charge of what had become the two largest programs in the Faculty's offerings. The Program involves the collaborative efforts of the Faculty of Arts and Science and the Faculty of Medicine, together with its original sponsor, New College.
